Through naiveness three years ago we paid the $299.95 without realizing what was going on. Last year I told then we did not want the product nor did we have the funding to pay for that kind of a service since we are a small rural library. They have been told many times we have no use for this service. There has been a few of their representatives that have been verbally abusive and nasty.

We are refusing to pay and will contact a lawyer if this harrassment continues.
