I recived a call from a man last june stating that i won a $1000 Gift Certificate, the catch was that i had to recive 4 magazines and pay a low price of 12.78 per month. And that the price was guaranteed and limited to 156 weeks which is 36 months. Now when the guy called me i was in a bad state of mind ton's of things were going on and i didn't want or needed these magazines, i'm a stay at home mom and i really don't have time to read these.

Anyways i stated to the man that i didn't want these and he insisted that it wasn't a scam. which deep down i knew it was, but anyways stupid me i gave him my credit number which he already had, i still don't know how that worked out but it did, he then transfered me to this other woman and she asked me alot of Questions, they told me that i would not be able to cancel and that my account was frozen, i told them that i didn't have to money to pay for these things and tshe stated to sence i agreed to this that if i didn't pay the monthly payments that it would go into collections. which now i'm reciving! Note i never recived my $1000 Gift Certificate..

My Husband called them today and they said that there was nothing that they could do, I'm so very mad about this and we are contacting our lawyer. Please if anyone recive's calls from this place don't listen to them and hang up! they will keep calling though but then you can report them like i did.
