    ...the right way!
    Corporate Advocacy Program
This company charged my credit card $6,000.00 upfront before any services were rendered (they gave me the impression that nothing would be charged to my card until I attended the workshop). They were only putting a "hold" on the card...right.........WRONG!!!

Shortly after registering for the workshop, circumstances that were beyond my control, arose that would prevent me from attending the workshop. I immediately checked to make sure my card had not been charged, but to my surprise, it had (the day I registered). I called the institute and got a recording that instructed me to leave a message and I would receive a call back. I did get a call back 2 days later. I explained my situation and was informed that NO refund would be given.

I was horrified. I told this company that I did expected some sort of cancellation fee, but I did not expect to be charged $6,000.00 for services not rendered!! I was treatly rudely and the conversation was cut short by the rep. I was talking to and before I could try to reason with this person, my call was ended by them, not me.

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. The credit card company representative contacted America's Note Network to help me explain my situation (this was done by 3 way calling)and was told that we would have to call back. I called my credit card company back on the day that we were instructed (by America' Note Network)to call back.

Once again, we were treated rudely by this company and was told that NO refund would be given, under any circumstances. The call was ended by the America's Note Network rep.

I have submitted a written dispute for the charge to my credit card company in an effort to recover as much of the $6,000.00 as possible, but as of this report, I have not received anything.

Do Not under any circumstances give this company a penny. They are rude, dishonest, and very unprofessional.

I only pray that I am able to get my money back. I am a very hard working individual that is just trying to support my family and I believe that if this company was truly a respectful company, they would work with me to come to some sort of resolution. They have not!!
