I requested my credit report from TransUnion and received a report stating that I had an outstanding debt of 300.00 I requested an investigation and received a letter from American Credit Educators stating that I had ordered a program entitled American Credit and Financial Guide on January 3,2000. I never ordered such a program and never had an Ace Visa affinity Credit card.

I'm surprised that this organization was given licensing and or permission to conduct business. It seems that they were given a license to steal from hard working Americans. This has got to stop.

Upon calling American Credit Educators, they told me that I owed them the money and that I was liable to pay. Not once did they offer check their records or give me proof that I had received this program.

I will fight this and will make sure that this is removed from my Credit Report.
