American Credit Educators ripoff Denver Colorado

Ace has been calling me for the past five years. I filed a dispute with all three credit companies. Only one company, transunion, removed Ace off my report.

I got a letter saying that I owed $300.00 I Keep it for my records. And then today I got a letter saying that I paid $150.00

The letter said that I talked to someone and made a payment arrangement. I have never called this company.

On my Exquifax report it has on there Aurora Collection Bureau but i have never recieved a letter from them. So I called the bureau and they told me that there were disputes against the company.

They told me to call the credit bureaus and dispute it. That is how I heard about them.

Can companies collect on their debts or do they have to go to a collection agency.
