This mess with APS started in 2006 and here it is 2008.
Apartment complex--3 units. I requested to have power shut off---Aps refused stating I was not authorized. Not my social number on unit bills--rental units that I own. However, after they maxed the bills they had no trouble cutting off the power for lack of payment and want me to pay.
They transferred a $780.00 bill from unit three to unit two that only had a $60.00 normal bill and in fact at that time had a balance of $0.00. Why?
Aps refused to turn one unit so it could be rented--they demanded all bills be paid and all deposits be paid at one time. I requested unit two be turned on as I owed $0.00 or so I thought. They said no way pay everything or you get nothing--Nothing I got.
Because of their ruthless self imposed attitude the Units stood empty and were vandalized--including all of our personal belongings. The stress and strain I was placed under over this ordeal put me in the hospital with a heart attach. Thanks APS. I will probably be forced into loosing the units as I have had no luck in selling them because of what vandals did to the property caused by APS refusing to to turn on the power one unit at a time enabling me to rent and have someone present avoiding all this mess.
I could write forever, for what, do you think APS cares about what they have done to me and I am sure there are plenty others in my position.
The latest hitch to this issue--This is truly funny--They are suing my son ( as you read this piece today--2008) who has lived for the past ten (10) years in New Mexico for the bills. He has the same initials as I do--That is funny?
OH, yes, another funny part of this story--there is not an attorny in the state of Arizona who will touch the case--I wonder why? Could it be they wish to keep their right to practice law and facing APS means death to them?
