Asset Acceptance - National Arbitration Forum - Craig Trot - MBNA ripoff Warren Michigan

Asset Acceptance has taken $1200 from me on a credit card debt from an old MBNA debt from 1994, where the credit limit was only $500. They are now trying to do arbitration against me through National Arbitration Forum. They are trying to make me pay another $1300 on this 11 year old debt!

I have my pay history showing where I have paid them $1200 already. They have re-aged this debt to 2001. How much money do they think they are going to keep taking from me for this debt that was charged off? MBNA are also Rip Off Artists! They charged this debt off at $1375, knowing that I didn't owe that much on the card! Then they sold it to Asset.

Before MBNA, I have proof that this debt was in fact Household Credit Services back in 1998. The amount that I owed was only $601. I hear that National Arbitration Forum is not a fair way to go and that I will lose dealing with them.

I heard that they are scam artist that always rules for the big companies like Asset Acceptance because they send them big business. I know that I do not owe them anymore money. They do not have records to even show what my previous balance was. They do not have accurate information that proves I owe this debt.

I called MBNA, they said that they purge their records after 5 years. How can these thieves prove that I still owe this money when they don't even have sufficient information?
