Book Net Ltd RIPOFF Irvine California

A college student by the name of Steve Woodrull came by my house and stated he was selling magazines and he would earn points to help pay for his schooling. I ordered the bible review and wrote a check for cash in the amount of 24.95.

The check did not clear the bank but the 24.95 did come out of my checking account electronically. This was on 6-4-02. As of today I still have not received my bible review.

I called Book Net LTD and an answering service picks up stating to send in cancelled check and receipt. I don't have a cancelled check because it went through electronically.

I deciced to look this company up on the internet and this is the first site I came to. I should of known it was a scam. I will never do this again.
