Bradford Exchange - Bradford Editions - Colllectibles Today - Supervisor-Batalia ripoff, fraud, false advertising, dishonesty, lies to you, rude Bensenville Illinois

I have been an avid collector using Bradford as one source. I have spent thousands of dollars collecting wolf items: plates, statues, figurines, ornaments, etc.

A year and a half ago or more, there was a "very" limited edition series figurine offered at 95 firing days. The name of the series: "The Heart of the Pack". As "one of the better customers" I recieved the offer and ordered. There were six figurines and I collected the whole series.

A couple of days ago, the other person living here who had recently placed an order for a "wolf" train recieved the same offer of The Heart of the Pack" making the same claims in the literature. It does not say Second Edition, it makes no statement that this has already been offered and the complete set sent out.

The invitation to the collection reads: Immediate Attention Requested. Extremely Limited Availability - One Edition only!", "restrict supply", "Our collectibles are produced in limited editions and we cannot guarantee availability after the date on this form - Dec. 30, 2005". "Each issue you buy from Bradford Exchange is a genuine limited edition."

When calling and talking with a supervisor Ms. Batalia, she insisted that we do not have the collection. Our collection is exactly the same. Batalia said: "We don't break the mold", "we don't claim that it'll never be re-issued." A hundred excuses. How can something guaranteeing 95 firing days, has already been issued the whole set 1.5 years earlier and still be considered "limited edition"?

There was no apology, she told several outright lies to me. No one should trust this company!
