Capitol One Bank, Blitt And Gaines, $$ PAY NOW OR REALLY PAY LATER $$ THEY KEEP ADDING CHARGES Charlotte North Carolina Blitt&Gaines Wheeling Illinois

My headache started about 3 years ago with Capital One Bank credit card It had a 1000 limit on it and I had to pay a $65.00 A year membership fee I charged a few things but never ran it all the way up.I made my payments on time for about 6 months and they automaticly raised my limit.

The card was only in my name and never received any for my wife.I charged a few more things and put the card away so not to use it till I got the payments down.My wife had sent 1 or 2 payments in and I received a notice that a payment was late.

Thats when the late fees started and they kept adding and adding late fees/interest.It went into collection and got passed on to about 4 different collection outfits and none of them wanted to work with my wife because she wasnt on the account and I never took care of ourbills.

Im disabled and have been for 26 years and I use a wheel chair 90% of the time.From the time It went to collection the phones never stopped ringing,sometimes 7 days aweek at all hours.I should have taped some of the conversations.I finley went out and got a answering mach.so I didnt have to put up with the calls.

The lawyer who has my account now is a real winner/ambulance chaser.He told my wife we will pay all of this bill one way or the other.$4,727.15 Im on social securety and he asked for 500.00 a month and he would work with us.The charges on my card were about 1500 and are now $4,727,15 Last time I talked to him I said there was no way I could or would pay all of them charges.

I received a summons the other day to appear on charges for none payment.How long will people and big companies be allowed to take advantage of us little people before something is done about it???

I cant even get a lawyer.I have no funds for that.We live day to day and paycheck to paycheck here.I cant even go out to make to to court so I will be found guilty and the amout will realy be outrages.Mayby I can will; them my bodyparts for payment after im gone.I told the lawyer over the phone he could take my wheelchair.This was one very nasty lawyer.
