Casablanca Express, Trendwest, Worldmark Time Share Advertising in Malls Woodland California

I have been to the presentation for TrendWest. When I was there, they mentioned if you could not make a commitment they would send you to (a)Las Vegas or (b)San Diego if you would allow them 2 1/2 hours to hear the presentation.

I then signed a form for the get-a-way to San Diego.
First they said, Choose the date you want/contact us.
Next when you select date, you must send $95 either money order or bank certified check. (no personal checks)
When you have completed above, they have a form (giving details about date, two days stay, motel and flight expense covered, and the need to confirm the date 5 weeks prior to selected date.
They also want the signature of the friend that is traveling, too.

Now, the BAD part, when you have completed all, they call you and tell you it is "flight leaves at latest hour listed (10:00 PM) and you return earliest time (6:00 AM). There is no free shuttle, the motel is VERY POOR, and you cannot select the airport (among three local) that is done by the company. They make the offer very UGLY. "Now for additional $228 they will upgrade you. ect."
SCAM
They did say, if I cancel I will have my $95 returned PLUS $80 for my trouble.
Hmmmm
(I got a check for $175 - I hope it is good.)
