I purchased e-book 'catchhimandkeephim', and on checking my credit card statement, I have been paying around 17 pounds since July 2007. I did not mind the first payment, but at no time have I received anything else, no cd's nothing. I only was happy with the e-book package I received. I have tried to e-mail the company, and scanned the internet for an e-mail address to contact them to cancel the payments and to be refunded, but all I get are automated e-mails that can't promise they will get back to you. When I called my bank, they stated that the only way the payments will stop is if I get hold of the company which is looking more unlikely by the day. All I want is a refund on payments I have paid over the last few months, and to cancel any future payments. I hope that I will get this sorted out as I am not happy about monthly payments going out when I am receiving nothing, and can't get hold of the company to cancel the payments. If someone knows the direct e-mail/contact details that will successfully allow me to sort this out. Would be grateful!
