I live in New York City, on December 2, 1997, My mother and I went to a so-called government agency to sign up for the civil service exam. we paid $200 each and got nothing in return, except for a binder and some bad copies of arithmethic examples.

I tried calling them to find out why i had not received any information yet, and found a disconnected line. then I decided to pay them a visit, and instead found an empty space for rent. the security guard told me that they had been in bad business and that they had stolen people's money. the police had become involved also, but no one knew about my case.
