I worked here for two months. I was a high roller selling at least 4 sales a day, I became a leader where I then had to train new recruits. I also had to buy their lunches etc and didn't get paid any more for my extra work.

I attended meetings every morning from 9 onwards then finished work gone past 11pm on some occassions. I thought it was the best thing in the world, I stupidly told all my friends how well I was doing and didn't listen to my family either when they told me it was all too good to be true. I did earn a decent amount because I was good at sales but when you reduce the 30% for the bond they take out and then take off NI and tax I was on the same wage as any shop assistant that worked the same hours as I had.

I never moved up from being a leader, we were told to make the newcomers feel really welcome, tell them how good they are at the job, that they'll soon pick it up and be rolling in it, that I was happy as ever and I too was rolling in it, that the sales were always regular.

What they didn't tell me was that once you get your own office you have to relocate city, well I had a life at home so I was not willing to do that especially when I read on here all the horrible things that have happened. The road trips were a joke, youth hostels, B&B's and 1* hotels, all expenses paid for - yeh right. I paid for the newcomers to join me, I paid for the hotel rooms, I paid for the food etc. etc.

I wasn't living with my parents when I took this job, it was a risk I know but I took it without hesitating because of all the brilliant things said in my obs day & throughout. I got into debt, my bonds were coming back in negative - in any other sales company you and all the other staff see how well you are doing what exactly has come back etc but not here. I couldn't check with anyone whether these customers had returned, I couldn't even ask why so that I could save them from leaving. Nothing.

I couldn't pay my rent, I had to move back home, I lost my girlfriend, she said she couldn't cope with never seeing me, I was away most weekends on road trips and o the streets all day. I quit after I looked at these posts, I realised what I had put into this company and what little I had recieved out of it.

I'm still with my parents, my girlfriend has accepted my apology and I'm working as a manager in retail sales 20,000,000,000 times more prospects than that place. Money isn't worth it if you have no life to live.

Don't work there or quit now, honestly.
