Last year around May -2006, I tried to buy a machine from Jeff Exline ,who is the owner of this ""Colorado Printing Equipment Co "

I paid the full money $67,500 to him ,but he paid just $12,000 to the printer ( Seller) . I couldn't get my machine from him .

Finally I paid the machine cost directly to the printer and get the machine ( I did double payment) .

But JEFF EXLINE still haven't give my money $55,500 plus he got $5000 as a commision ,so totally $60,000 back to me .

I believe he is Running his business with his wife name ,but I am not sure .

Because of this Jeff-exline I am not able to do my business .$60,000 is a huge money for us.

We did file the case with the help of Colorado police department .They filed the criminal case against him .But this Jeff-exline still borrowing days from

Judge each and every hearing

.This time on his last hearing on Aug-22 ,he told still he haven't money to give me and judge post pond the cast to October first week . Jeff is playing like this with Judge .Clearly he is not having any intension to pay my money back to me . If he still borrow days from Judge ,then

how can I get my money and live my life ,I need my money to do business again .I need to take care of my family including 4 year old Kid. We are in bad situation ,I am seeking for the right direction to get my money back from this JEFF Exline . He is living his life with my hard earned money but we are suffering a LOT.
