To Whom It May Concern:

I sent a money order for $49.00 to Consumer Preferred on October 4, 2003. I received a catalog when I thought I would receive a MasterCard or Visa Credit card.

On the first week of November 2003, I mailed the catalog back with an note that said "refuse". She would like her money back.
