I applied for a pay day loan. I could never get a response for approval or non approval from the lender. But a few days later, $149.00 was taken out of my account from Consumer Trust Financial. I never authorized any money being taken out of my account! I tried calling their 1-800 number but either their office is closed or they leave me on hold for over 30 minutes and I've yet to speak to a live person. I filed a claim with my bank but it may take up to 10 business days before I receive a refund, IF I receive a refund. I'm so upset and don't know what to do.
