ripoff Credit Enhancement Services, Inc., Liberty Gold credit card scam- part II

I am one of at least two people who have been duped by this company and filed a report. I was promised 4-6 weeks delivery of 2 credit cards, (one for a catalogue and one with a $4000 limit at 6% interest) neither of which have arrived. After placing numerous calls, and waiting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour each time, I was informed that it would take 6-8 weeks and I should wait a little longer. I asked to speak with the manager 7 different times and was never put through.

Today a representative hung up on me when I asked to speak with the manager. I called the processing center where the inital requests are taken and asked to speak with a Manager. I reached a Supervisor who informed me that it could take up to 60 business days for delivery (3 months!) and that it is impossible to speak with a Manager as...THEY HAVE NO PHONES!? I was offered a fax number for the Manager of Customer Service and the fax number for the manager of Compliance as the only method of communication.

I hung up, went directly to my computer and found that the BBB has already received reports on this company. I am so angry, embarrassed and disappointed; my new husband and I were counting on this card to use on our honeymoon in mid July.
