Credit Plus Rewards ripoff 2533 North Carson St. Nevada

I received a call from Credit Plus Rewards saying that I was eligible for a $500 cash advance as long as they were able to debit a one-time fee of $129.95 from my checking account. They took the money out of my account next day, bounced our account( they were TOLD TO WAIT WEEK and funds would be there, and I haven't received any cards, any cash advance, nothing.

I have called many MANY MANY TIMES I can't even get Credit Plus Rewards on the telephone 90% time. I am hold for 1/2 hour at least every time I call and still get to speak to no one most time. I was told the card number and TOLD to activate it BEFORE we could get Refund. THEN we are TOLD we cant get refund cause it was ACTIVATED. Or that we bought something. WE DID NOT!

I have been told over the last month a loan officer would be contacting me to set up the refund transfer into my account. I haven't heard a word. I Finally today was able to talk to a manager (if thats what he was) and was told the same things we have been told before , and they cant refund me the money.

WE NEED it back, we need groceries and have bills that are behind cause of this. They will not listen to me or help us in any way. They say they cant refund and we wont be getting our fee back at all. This is the biggest rip off I've ever encountered. I want other people to be warned not to let this happen to them. Is there a way we can prosecute this company? If anyone has any info. in that regard, please post for me.
