Like so many others on this site, I too have been victimized by this bank. I read all of the other reports that I thought it was illegal behavior, and it obviously is. I am filing formal complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau, the FDIC, as well as the Federal Reserve. I have contacted my congressmen and am awaiting JAG council. They shot themselves in the foot when they were dishonest with a service person.
I married into this leanholder and I'll be damned if they keep stealing from a young Army family. Please post your own detailed description in a Rip-off Report of your problem with this institution and I will attempt to start a lawsuit against this sorry excuse for a bank.

We are running into the same difficulties with this company. From the date of your report, I can see that things sure haven't changed much at this company. I keep trying to provide proof that my car note is up to date and current, but they will not listen. My father is in ICU and has been for 6 months. I havent heard a PEEP out of this company til today when they all of a sudden told me that I am a month behind and in danger of repossession! I tried to get this Ms. Card to allow me to provide them with the necessary proof of payment and she refused to accept it! I also requested a copy of my payment history of which I was refused. Claiming that if I had my cashed checks that I didnt need a copy of my payment history. Now, tell ME who's the thief in this story??? Good luck getting them straightened out, God Bless and Thank you for your service!
