CZPLATINUM.COM THE WORST JEWELRY I HAVE EVER BOUGHT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, SERIOUSLY. LOS ANGELES California

I ordered a ring from CZPLATINUM about 4 years ago. The ring was ok, but the prongs were horrible and I could not wear the ring because it snagged on everything. The stone was crooked as well. I took it to a real jeweler to get it fixed. Then I made the mistake of ordering 2 rings from them last fall. They arrived in two weeks, and as I opened the boxes, my heart sink into my stomach. The goldwork on their rings is TERRIBLE. Unpolished, rough, gouged up pieces of junk. The stones (I have to admit, are beautiful)...but the actual craftsmanship on the rings was complete CRAP. I called and spoke to customer service a handful of times and was promised that a "manager would call me back she comes in at 11" (they are on pacific time). I left about a dozen emails and finally, after about a week, I called and I told them that I was not going to wait any longer, and then I wanted to send these rings back. I only got a portion of the cost back (you have to have an RMA code to return anything)...but I could never reach a manager to GET a return merchandise code. I was SO MAD. You have never seen such horrible quality craftsmanship in your life. I have seen greater quality in KMart and Walmart (not to diss on walmart because it's one of my fave stores). Seriously, if you order from CZPLATINUM you will be sorry. I will never EVER order from them EVER again. Even though their stones are so pretty...I will not wear something that looks like it was stuck in a garbage disposal. Do NOT order from this company! You will be sorry I promise you!! I only wish that I would have read reviews on this company BEFORE I ordered this last time. I would have saved myself the time wasted on customer service contact and would have saved myself the $100 loss for the restocking fee that they charged me!
