I bought their logo and stationary package back in October 2003. It was days before he contacted me... weeks before my first proof. A month for my next. He sent encapsulated eps files instead of editable as he originally promised. I asked for the files he originally promised I haven't heard another work from him and it's been 2 months.

It's ridiculous. And I've never heard anything in regards to the business card and letterhead design. Totaling 4 months and I don't have anything to show for it.

Never ever buy from this company or this man. This is the biggest rip off I have ever encountered. I hope someone takes legal action (if they can locate him)... It's hard to tell exactly how many people he has ripped off...

Very digusting service.

Ezylogo has produced over 10 different logo concepts for this company, DWG Solutions. We experienced mail server problems and could not respond immediately to emails. As soon as concern was raised by the client we responded with 5 new concepts within 1 day. This company has since apologised for this report! The client was refunded in FULL as soon as they requested a refund, perhaps they shouldv'e requested a refund earlier if they were unhappy, rather than using this ridiculous website. Situation Misrepresented by Ezy Logo

I feel in Daniel's rebuttal our company was mis-represented. We tried contacting him via email for ONE WHOLE MONTH with no response. After not being able to contact him and noticing his website was no longer available online (it appears to be online now), I took action on this website. I then did an hour or two of research tracking down his address and actual phone number (the one listed didn't work) and called him personally in Australia. Only then did he seem eager to help. His additional logo concepts were very poor... the only concept that we liked turned out to be another major media company's logo (which we only found out by researching more ourselves). He admitted to finding it by a Google search and tracing it before presenting it to us. This was most disappointing. Since our money has been refunded, I have no hard feelings towards Daniel and only wish to put this unfortunate matter behind us.
