I got delivery confirmation on the package so i know they have it. He consistently tells me that he is working my case and He never got the package back. That my money should be credited to my bank account in 48 to 72 hours. When he gets it. And still have gotten a dime. And call him on the 4/3/08 and AL was rasing his voice at me when i told him he said he would give me a refund. And claimed he never said that.

I am being lied to and cheated. And they don't return calls. Unless they think they can get more money out of you.

I called them up pretending to be a new customer asking them questions about there products. They don't even know what they are talking about. They just want to get you off the phone.
