In 1998 Culligan water had installed a water softener in my house, it did not work right so I asked Culligan to take it out. no one responded for almost 3 months. finally some guy came to the house and took it out. I then get a letter stating that I owe Culligan over $500 for something I don't own.

Ever since Lawyer David Stall has been hounding me on payment and I refuse to pay something that I do not have in my possession and I have mentioned that to him, so he filed for my wages to be garnished as of 2004 for the amount of $1500 which is total Bull!. David stall is a crook at heart, he will ruin families and ruin a persons career for his own pleasure, As of now I have no money to fight back and it really sucks that crooked lawyers like David stall can do this type of procedure.
