I fell for Davisons, illustrious, deceptive TV ads 04/01/04 & was sent all their charts, documents & photos of their clients licenesed products & the 2003, client satisfaction report, so I sent in the paper work & the $685. on 04/22/04, because they claimed their in.ven.te.gra.tion process, could cut the final design time, to less than 8 to 12 weeks, that had been takeing, 18 to 24 months, which didn't happen, for me !

A letter, dated 06/15/04 from G M Davison stated they will prepare documents, for my provisional patent, when the product sample is done! A letter dated 07/02/04, from David Ursiak, stated, they would cover the patent fee , that was a lie !

I then get the production sample contract, to sign & wanting an other 10% & $8,831. to make the production sample & that was finished 10/15/04, at 18 weeks! On 1/14/04 I recieved a virtual realality photo & a filled out patent cover sheet, haveing 4 inadequate drawings, but none of the 7 spec. sheets, as listed in the cover sheet! on 11/15/04 I signed & mailed the cover sheet, with my $80.00 check! Wanting the 7 spec sheets, I called David & was told, he had quit & I was transfered to Nicole Taradena & got no spec sheets, so I sent a fax, to her boss, Greg McKeeta, showing the listed 7 spec sheets on the cover sheet & never recieved them! Then I get a letter singed by David, which was a forgery!

My proto type was,refused by the nfg. Magline, so I get a folder, from Nicole, haveing 2 more mfgs. Ridge & Emerson Elect. & wanting $335.00 to continue! Neithor of those Cos. produce, my type of product! In a letter dated 12/03/04 from Andrew Cable, in paragraph #3 ,says the licenesing is at no cost, to me! I rejected Nicole, so then Gable calls & I tell him I'm throurh! I then send a fax to, G M Davison for a refund, on 04/19/05!
