Debt Safe Aka Versa Debt Elderly woman taken advantage of and ripped off of $990.00 with false promise Atlanta Georgia

I, as an elderly woman, was taken advantage of and ripped off of $990.00 Foolishly I responded to a phone call with a promise that Debt Safe could guarantee saving me at least $2100 wilth lowered interest rates on allmy charge cards but I had to make a decision right then, on the spot with a charge of $990 to my Citi charge card. I was promised that the needed material to facilitate this lowering of interest on my cards would be sent to me by mail. No material was recieved, no response was forthcoming from my requests of the company. I contested this charge to my Citi card account and now ---8 months later ---my bank has declared that after their investigation Debt Safe Inc. has indicated that this was a valid charge.
I am at a colmplete loss as to how to recoup this loss and bring justice to this matter.

This is a group of scammers using many different names. the details can be uncovered here. This group uses many different company names to hide their operations. Please file complaints with your local law enforcement agencies, the FTC and the FCC. They relentlessly tele-market using bogus caller ID names and numbers.
Americare Software, Assured Warranties LLC, Debt Safe inc, Debtworks software LLC, Personal data systems, UV services inc, Versa debt, VP Marketing LLC.
All based out of GA. The names associated with these fraudulent companies may share the same addresses and different ones. They may be listed as:

These people are common thieves. A class action law suit would be easy given the number of complaints nationwide. By banding together we can corner these dirt balls and make life uncomfortable for them!
