Dear Mr. Menaker,
I'm bringing this matter to you because I want to start from the top. I have a real mess of a situation right now and I want something done about it as soon as possible.

I purchased a English Bulldog from a lady who runs her business under the name of Diamond Acres Kennel. Evonne Denney. I found her webpage on the internet. I was looking for a Champion Sired/Champion Bloodline English Bulldog puppy. I contacted her and set a time to meet. I probably discussed the puppy with her for 3 days and she assured me that the puppy was what I was looking for. She stated that this puppy had European Bloodlines and that would be a plus for my breeding program if I chose to mate her later on. The puppy's photo and all this information was on her webpage. She said the puppy was 7weeks old. She had in her webpage that the puppy came with FCI/AKC registration. So my husband and I drove to Waco, Texas and met her husband. The puppy was just what I was looking for as far as quality. However she was not 7 weeks old. When we questioned that this ladies husband said he didn't know that he just did the deliveries. Then there were no papers of anykind. He told us then that the puppy was actually from Europe and was imported. He said these FCI papers would be mailed to us in 4 to 6 months. We deal strickly with AKC. He assured me that these papers could be transfered to AKC without any problem. We really liked the puppy and wanted her. At this point I had no reason to question them. Like I said I had talked to this Evonne Denney numerous times and she seemed to be a good breeder. We bought the puppy for $1,850.00 CASH. She came with a toy and shot records and some food. On the shot record it showed that she had been vaccinated at 4,6 and 8 weeks. It said she had been wormed but didn't say how many times. There was no vet signature and there was not a date that the shots were given. I contacted Evonne about this information and she told me she had only had the puppy 2 weeks. That she had no idea how old the puppy was or who gave the shots!!!!! She said for the first time, to me, that this puppy was shipped here from Europe. I asked her a lot of questions about who the breeder was and where in Europe and she refused to tell me. She told me that information was not given out. So as it stands right now I have a awesome dog and she is refuseing to answer my questions. I finally got out of her that my puppy was born on Sept.7th 2005. I don't even know if that is correct. Thank God I saved all her emails and my emails to her. That really tells the whole story. When she told me if not knowing the dates of the vaccines/wormings was going to freak me out that bad just to get them done over again I couldn't deal with her any longer. Now she has blocked me from emailing her. I had to go under a different name to give her my address to send the papers. I'm beginning to wonder what these people are up to. I'm not use to being treated in this manner. She never treated me like this till I started questioning things. I feel I have a right to know things and I would have asked the questions sooner if she would have told me the dog was being shipped from Europe. She never said anything to me about that till after we had posession of the dog. The dog is full English Bulldog. No doubt about that. My vet said she was show quality in his opinion. I want to be able to send you copies of all the emails sent to her and hers to me. I have it copied in a file. She said she had been breeding English Bulldogs for over 12 yrs. She is a member of AKC she says. I want to be assured I'm going to get these FCI papers. So I can continue to use AKC. Now I'm worried she won't even send them and the horrible things she said to me after the dog was bought isn't what I consider to be a quality AKC breeding program at all!!! I'M GOING TO DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO HAVE THIS GARY AND EVONNE DENNEY ARRESTED FOR FRAUD AND INTERSTATE FRAUD. IF YOUR PUPPY DOES NOT HAVE A TATTOO ON HIS STOMACH THEN IT IS NOT REGISTERED WITH FCI OR RKC. If you ever get papers on your dog they are fraud. FCI will not tattoo a dog and import it unless it is registered with them. HELP ME GET THESE PEOPLE.
