As an employee for Helmut Flasch I noticed that various people would show up to the business front door and rant about there not receiving their paychecks.

When he first hired a group of us he had told us that after a month we would not receive checks on time but a week late and to bare with him. Sure enough as he let people go they to began to complain about not receiving their checks after being fired. 

By this time I was already payed a week and a half behind on bi weekly checks.  Soon I was let go for not showing up due to the fact that I had no gas or food to get to work so they deemed me unstable. 

Since I have been let go It has been 2 months and have not received a  check for $700 about two weeks worth of pay.  This has been detrimental to my finances and left me behind on many bill payments plus food and gas.

For this is unjust and unfair.  Since then I have noticed ads placed to hire more employees by his company knowing he owes a handful of employees weeks worth of checks..

Please help....
