After Dolphin International picked up the boxes from my house and I made all payments, Kathryn Kaiser (VP of the company)never answered my phone calls or emails. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS DOCUMENTED. I called daily and Kelly Love (receptionist)always had an excuse and no one ever answered my questions. I then contacted the truck company (Harco Moving & Storage)that was hired from Dolphin Int'l to pick up the boxes. They told me that they had never received payment from Dolphin, so my container was still sitting in MINNESOTA. The last email I received from Kathryn, she said that it had been shipped!!!
So, once again I contacted Dolphin Int'l and no reply back. I filed a report to the Better Business Bureau and am waiting for a reply back.
I paid Harco Moving & Storage and had to pay another company to ship my items to Denmark. So, I paid $1118 to Dolphin International Shipping, $805 to Harco (so they could release my boxes) and another $983 for a company to ship my items. My fiance and I were not expecting to spend this much. It was a total rip off from them. Don't trust them. They have a wonderful customer service up to when you make the payment.
I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION. ALL EMAILS FROM KATHRYN KAISER AND RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS.
