I have contracted with Dolphin International Shipping to ship four (4) boxes totalling 9cu.ft. from my former home in Colorado to new domicile in England.

The company was initially very helpful, answering every question, replying to emails & faxes immediately UNTIL! the shipment was contracted for. I paid them by personal check, which they said never arrived so I wired money for which I was never issued a receipt for. The local trucking company picked up my goods as expected on September 8th.

The next day I received an email from yet another person at Dolphin telling me that they would be picked up the following day (already gone per their previous instructions) and giving me an address in CA to put on the shipping bill.

I immediately emailed them telling them that the goods were already gone and that as I had no other address to use, I had given the Coral Springs address. Kathryn Kaiser immediately emailed telling me not to worry, she would handle everything.

Well, it is now October 25th and I have no idea where my goods are, where they went from Colorado, and can get no answers via email, fax, or phone. I have the same problem as other people on this site in that I get the toll-free number, leave messages that are never answered and STILL have no idea if I will ever see my goods again.

I am going to check into reporting them to the FBI as suggested by another site user, plus the Federal Marine Commission.

DOLPHIN STILL WANTS MONEY!

I have now received two emails from Kelly Love at Dolphin informing me that Kathryn said my goods are shipped and that they will email me with invoice for yet more money. I am not paying them any more money as I have finally located my goods which are nowhere near shipping.

They were left in the trucking company warehouse having been given an address that is not correct.

I have had to locate the goods myself, hire yet another trucking company and another overseas shipping company and am now paying twice for the same service I expected from Dolphin.

I have also found that they have 4 addresses, all with the same phone numbers (disconnected) and 2 new companies called Dolphin Relocation Services with the same numbers, but different addresses.
I have reported this company to the proper authorities and urge all on this list to do the same.

I am hoping to close the company down and that appropriate penalties are levied against the people who run this company.
