Easy Saver - EZSVER - Pro Flowers Scam I believe a crime has been committed here Lanham Maryland

My story reads like all the others I've seen tonight on various websites - I purchase flowers online at Proflowers back in June 07, months later, I notice a monthly charge to my credit card of $14.95. I canceled my credit card and am disputing all payments from EZSVER RW. I called the 800 listed next to the charge and they tell me that I authorized this payment by accepting the terms on Proflowers.com. I buy regularly online and I know quite well to give out credit card info only on familiar sites, on secure sites, and for purchases I intend to make.
I used my credit card that day to pay for flowers, and somehow I end up with these extra monthly charges from a company I have never heard of. So, how do you suppose EZSVER got my credit card info? I know I did not give it to them; I gave it to Proflowers. They obviously placed their supposed acceptance buttons within the supposed secure site of the Proflowers purchase page. This means that you are at risk every time you use the Proflowers site. From what I have experienced, it is not a secure site.
Please, please do not use it until this is resolved. I also called Proflowers directly to log my complaint. The customer service rep on the line told me this is not the first time he's heard of this happening and he was sending an email to the 'higher ups' of Proflowers. But he also said he has been sending such emails and nothing seems to be changing. So, the complaints keep coming in and the scam continues.
Proflowers, all I can say to you is shame on you. You've lost a loyal customer.

Here is the reply I receved from ProFlowers on 02/16/2008 when I emailed them (wecare@proflowers.com) that I did not knowingly sign up for EZSVER.
"Thank you for contacting Proflowers. We really appreciate your feedback in the EasySaver Rewards program and I am so sorry for your poor experience. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously, and we are on your side. Let me take a moment to just summarize the program enrollment. After you make a purchase on the ProFlowers website, we offered an incentive to try the EasySaver program. In order to sign up for the program and receive the coupon, you need to enter your email address and zip code which served as your electronic signature accepting the terms of the program. Within the terms directly to the left of the "accept" button, the enrollment process was stated, including the minimal charge of the program. If you have not already done so and would like to cancel, feel free to call EasySaver Rewards directly at 1-800-355-1837 and instructions will be provided to you."
I called the above number and they are closed on weekends. I will try again when they open tomorrow 02/17/2008.
