Fairbanks Capital Corp Loan Servicing Center outlandish ripoff fraud scam Hatboro Pennsylvania

FairBanks Capital Corp. Loan Servicing Center ripoff, harrassed us by phone accusing us of oweing additional late fees, RUDEST People I have ever encountered,Nasty, Liars, abused & mistreated ripoff artists fraud fraudulent ripoff business mistreated and ripped off political corruption Hatboro Pennsylvania .....

I am in disbelief that this is happening to so many people and NOBODY can or will do anything about this. We too are victims of FairBanks Capital Corp. and have received threatening phone calls until I just quit answering them.

Every month there are added fees in which we don't know what they are for one example is "Other" can anyone clue me into what this is for? ok fact of the matter is in my opinion not only are they breaking the law, they are violating my civil rights, and it is unfair that we the consumers have to suffer their blows of injustice.

I am really wondering "WHY" nobody is willing to go after this company and make them accountable, to serve the citizens the justice they all deserve?? Is there more to this company than we know?

Another thing to consider is all states have different laws, not are all the same when it comes to contracts and such,this may be one loophole that they have? Also I am sure I have it in writing that Contimortgage went
"Bankrupt" I knew nothing about the FBI coming in and shutting them down!

Can anyone tell me where I can find this information at, I too would like to read this, for if this true, they deliberatly falsified statements knowingly, which should be reason for default in the contract on their part.

I too am interested in joining in a class action suit if any come up, I want to see their asses hang for the misery they have caused us!
