FINANCING ALTERNATIVE, I PAID $1295.00 AND NEVER RECEIVED THE LAPTOP CHESAPEAK Virginia

I ordered a laptop from financing Alternative, on April 8, 2005 and was told that I would receive the laptop 3 months after they withdraw funds from my cecking account. Well when the 3 months had pass there was no latop and i called and spoke with a representative from the company. The representative advised me to wait 90 days and the laptop will be shipped to me. Well the 90 days passed and still there was no laptop. So, i called back and they told me another 90 days.

I then called every 90 days and they would continue to tell me I had to wait another 90 days. Then in September 2006, they took the final payment out of my checking account and I called them and they told me to wait 120 days. I then asked to speak with a supervsor and they put her on the phone. She apolojized and advised me that I will receive the laptop in 120 days.

Well the 120 days was up on May 2007 and I called again. This time they told me the laptop will arrive at my house no later than August 31, 2007. Well guess what the laptop never arrived and I called back to find out about why.

Well all they have on the phone is a voice recording that refer you to a website that is invalid. Now I have emailed the attorney general of my state and the virginia bbb. Hopefully domeone can help me get my laptop or my money back.
