Titanium Blue aka Benefitz aka PS&A aka FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS ripoff promise me a credit card if i pay the fee of 199.00$. i never got the card. RIP-OFF BEL AIR Maryland

i was contacted by first capital consumers and asked if i would like a credit card with a two thousand dollar limited if i pay the fee of 199.00$. on may 8th the money was debited from my account.

im on a fixed income because i am disable and i thought that a credit card would be very nice to have, so i made a sacrifice and paided the fee.

time went by and i never got the card, so i sent a registered letted and it was received and sign for on 7/09/02. and today monday,september the 9th, 2002 is the first time i got a respond from anyone.

thanks for contacting me ripoffreport.com, i hope that i can received my money back, it would help me and daughter out a great deal.
