First Premier Bank ripoff Chicago Illinois

On this date 3-9-02 my mother got a letter from a collection agency called Arrow Finacial Services and claims they were given a bill to collect on also claiming the amount of $530.83.After calling this financial group to find out what was going on they really could'nt say much except that they were giving this bill for collection of my mother and that she back in '99 had a card from First Premier Bank and had charged something on it.

I have never seen this so called card but she remembers cutting it up and returning the card back to the bank because of this cost to get it activated she could not do so.

She has never use such a card and if there is anything on it the bank but it on.As for the financial service they are fraudulently trying to collect on a debt that doesnt exist and never really has.

She also has not EVER had any correspondence from the bank about this and the finance services stated she has but could'nt give any proof of this.From the letters i have just seen about this Premier Bank it looks like they have been doing this for quite some time now and the law really needs to check them out.
