Freedom Debt Management, ripoff Boca Raton Florida

July 9, 2003 I signed an agreement with Credit Care Counseling, Inc. 4400 North Federal Hwy, Suite 401, Boca Raton, Florida 33431. This agreement was made to consolidate my credit cards and lower my interest rate.

At the end of last year, I received a letter from Freedom Debt Management stating they had taken over my account...that it was transferred to them. They draft $200 out of my checking account on the 15th of every month per our agreement.

October 11, 2004 I had to pay $137 to Chase Manhattan Bank for my MasterCard payment that Freedom had failed to pay on time. I was charged late fees because of this company.
I have a number of SERIOUS DELIQUENCY claims on my Credit Report due to this company being late with their payments and not agreeing with amount asked for by the Credit Card Company.

Today I received another phone call from my Action First card stating they had NOT received a payment for October of this year and they have repeatedly called Freedom Debt Management in regards to my account with NO response from them. I was told that I had to pay $15 today to avoid additional charges. Action First was threatening to drop me from this program because of non payment from Freedom Debt.

I should not be hassled by creditors when I'm doing my part. Thank you and please help with this situation if possible.
