Gardners Choice CASHED CHECK FROM ELDERLY MOTHER DID NOT SEND PRODUCT RIPOFF Hartford Michigan

My elderly mother sent money to this company after seeing an advertisment in the Parade Magazine, Sunday newpaper magazine. It has been over a month and she has not gotten her tomatoes. She has tried to contact the company but only gets a busy signal.

She lives on a fixed income and although the item was not much money to most people, but to those who have little to begin with it is alot. When you multiply the small amount by thousands of people who could order the same product on a national level, Parade being a national magazine, it amounts to alot of money.

I have sent letters to the upper management of Parade Magazine, (look on their website for email addresses) on behalf of all the people who have been riped off by this company and asked them not to allow this company to advertise, along with a link to this website.

Apparently this company has been doing this for years, judging by the dates on these complaints!!! THEY MUST BE STOPPED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE!!!

I urge everyone to write to the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and file a MAIL FRAUD COMPLAINT. Also write to Parade Magazine and anyone else who will listen.

Someone must stand up for the rights of the elderly and innocent people who have been Ripped Off by these people.
