received a call saying that videos and coupons had been sent. I said I would refused them. Told that could not because I would have to open them to cancell. Went through whole process on phone saying "yes" then asked if I accepted the offer I said "NO.NO.Nol." was told everything was cancelled and I would be refunded the $5 and nothing more sent. today recieved another video. told them that this was illegal, they disagreed but that it had been cancelled. asked how they got my card number and they hung up.
