Global-Linx ripoff charging my credit card Virginia Internet

In September 2002, I received my credit card bill with a charge in the amount of $54.90 to Global-Phonelinx. I had never heard of this company nor had I authorized any charges on my credit card to them. My credit card had a phone number of 703.749.9745. I called the number. Told them I had never heard of them, that I had never authorized any charges and I requested a refund. They took my information and said a refund would be coming in 4-6 weeks.

Well here it is almost 5 months later and I have not received a refund. I located two other numbers to call 877.777.3515 and 888.798.5200 but both of those numbers are "experiencing technical difficulties." I am curious as to how the employees, owners, partners, etc. of this so-called company can sleep at night knowing that each day they prey upon innocent people. They are thieves, in all respects.
