Grant Services Incorporated SCAM, THEFT, HARRASSMENT RIPOFF Nationwide

The calls from "GRANT SERVICES INCORPORATED" started yesterday (9/7/05) and have continued on into today (9/8/05). The phone number they are calling is MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER, yet the one time they DIDN'T HANG UP, they asked for my fiancee whose phone number THIS IS NOT. They called a total of 7 times yesterday and hung up each time, as they have also called almost 7 times today.

Everytime I answered they hung up, and finally the 3rd time *4th call* that my fiancee answered they asked to speak with HIM, (keep in mind here the calls were already to number 4 by 10 am). The woman on the other end of the line asked for him, he acknowledged it was him and asked who she was, she stated that she was "Lisa" calling on behalf of "GRANT SERVICES INCORPORATED", and that he was pre-approved for a grant of $6,000 and shed need him to pay a $289 fee in order to process this, she was then wanting his bank account and routing number *YEA RIGHT!!*, he responded by asking for her employee ID number, and she HUNG UP.

NOW, I HAPPEN TO WORK IN COLLECTIONS FOR A MAJOR FINANCING COMPANY, SO I KNOW ALL ABOUT THESE OUTBOUND CALLS AND THE LAWS ATTACHED TO THEM. AFTER HAVING STATED WHO SHE WAS AND HER "COMPANY" SHE NOR ANYONE ELSE FROM THE "COMPANY", BY LAW, IS ALLOWED TO CALL BACK UNTIL ATLEAST THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ANYMORE CALLS AFTER THAT IS SIMPLY HARRASSMENT. THERE HAVE BEEN 3 MORE CALLS SINCE THE STATEMENT OF HER AND THE "COMPANY".

PPLLEEAASEE NO ONE FALL FOR THIS SCAM! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, NOW, WE DIDN'T FALL FOR IT, BUT THEY HAVE CERTAINLY STRUCK A PERSONAL NOTE WITH ME BY CONTINUING TO CALL AND ONLY TO WHAT?? HANG UP!

COME ON *GRANT SERVICES INCORPORATED* SHOW YOUR FACE, IF YOU ARE LEGIT *WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBT*, PROVE IT, OR JUST GIVE IT UP, THINGS ARE EXPENSIVE , AND TIMES HARD ENOUGH RIGHT NOW, NO ONE NEEDS PEOPLE LIKE YOU STEALING THEIR MONEY!!
