Great Lakes Circulation This Company fraudulantly stole money from my Checking account Evergreen Colorado

A young kid came aound selling magazines in out nieghborhood. He sold an over priced magazine to my daughter. I called the company up and told them that I did not want the magazine would like to cancel the subscription. I then stop payment on the check.

Several months later I get a bank draft out of my account that I know nothing about. I called my bank and asked who they drafted money to. They told me Great Plains Circulation. I looked at the check I stopped payment on and they had changed the check number and the amount of the check and then electronically drafted more money.

I called them up and asked for the money back. They said they did not have to and that they turned me over to collections for nonpayemt.

No I have to fill out a bunch of fraud paper work at my bank - change account numbers.
