Greentree/Conseco GreenTree Ripoff/Lawyers Fee/Would like to start a class action lawsuit to stop harassing phone calls.... St. Paul, Minnesota

GreenTree started adding lawyers fees to my payment, it took many phone calls to find out what the additional charges were. I contacted the Attorney General of Minnesota and he notified GreenTree. Even though he said he could not look into their practices at that time. They said it was an error and that it was a mistake to add these fees to my account. They credited the fees back to my account and apoligized.

They are ripping people off and people just don't realize what they are doing. They call at least 6 to 8 times a day. There has to be a way people can file a class action suit against this company for their practices. It is against the law how they do people. I know they can trace how many phones calls our made from their companies.

I was wondering who everyone that has had a problem with Greentree could notify to start a class action suit. Anybody know???
