Greentree, conseco ripoff, false billing, threats of foreclosure, two account numbers, two contracts Palatine Illinois

i have filed my complaint with a contract attorney, based on the grounds that i have two different bill of sale, different account numbers contract was placed with someone else without my knowledge, insurance was added to the contract with out my knowing, later found out by calling this company. this mobile home was sold to me by fraud and false pretense, the dealer was found guilty of writing illegal contracts. it is estimation that this contract is illegal and should have been recalled or void from day one, i have received letters and phone calls of repossession and foreclosure. when i have in my possession all records and statements of payments that were made by me. this is in my opinion a prime example of preditory lending practices.
