They told me I won money. I send money $1,370.00 and an officer will fly to Memphis and bring me $49,000.00 dollars to my front door. I have sent money before and never got anything at all.

The situation you describe has scam written all over it!! With winnings of a legitimate prize, they would most likely send you a Certified Check via Fed Ex or other service..no one would personally deliver it. And I'm sure that they told you to send the funds Western Union or Moneygram, right? DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!
