Haceinda Vista Real Vacation Travel Club - Premiere Holiday Vacation Travel Club major ripoff and a complete scam that promises everything and delivers very little Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo Mexico

This company promised fixed cost vacations at Hacineda Vista Real in Playa del Carmen Mexico. They also promised exchange privileges at a fixed cost with RCI and II. After three years have never been able to obtain any information on exchage with these companies and they have reported to me that they have no affiliation with Premier Holiday or Hacienda Vista Real.

The travel club has charged me a $1500 fee to pay for hurricane damage and will not honor any reservations until this fee is paid. They claim that the membership voted in favor of the fee but the only choice was to vote for a one time assesment or a yearly fee. No opportunity to vote against the illegal fee was offered.

If you have been ripped off in a similar way by these scam artists please join the msn group and the Yahoo group that is fighting these ripoffs. Our groups can account for Millions of Dollars of illegal fees going to these theives each year with the apparent consent of the Mexican Government. Now even PROFECO wants our complaints submitted in Spanish!!
