Dispute the charge with your credit card company, let them help you take care of the probelm, or if the home is zoned multi-family your landlord should be able to provide them of proof that you are at "2 different address". Hope this helps!

I used to work for HSN and don't anymore, but I can fill you in on a lot of things here. First of all, you have 30 days to call and complain and get a refund (and honestly its 45, but we say 30) If it was a decent product for at least the first month and a half, what about that was false advertising- it apparently did what you wanted it to. Second of all, if you set an item up on flexpay and decide you don't want it, thats too bad- you had your 45 days to return it, you didn't, its yours. Pay up. Now that you owe HSN money, they will not send anything to your address until that is cleared up, because the company has been defrauded millions by people not paying, then stating a new name and ordering new product and not paying for that either. In order to clear up your landlady's address from the "bad address file" she must send in a utility bill or another official document that shows that she lives separate from you. (she can get the address and fax from any cust. service rep.) Why are you complaining online that you are being dishonest and not paying for merchandise you have recieved and kept for a good amount of time. Please be a grown-up, pay for your product, and stop whining that your own irresponsibility got your landlady unable to order. (I'm sorry for my anger, but I spent more than a year on the phone being sweet and polite to people who felt like they didn't have to pay for their own stuff.)
