Oct/99 I purchased ProClaim Software from Homeprofessions for $609.00 with the understanding I would be supplied with physcians to process medical claims for, that I would not have to find them myself. I was required to pass an exam that I did and received their certificate. Well, they sent the certificate and siad "due to overwhelming response" they could not supply the physicians. If I was not satisfied, my money would be returned to me. I needed only to call and get a return authorization number. Ha, I called several times and got the usual "please hold our representatives are currently all busy with other customers, etc." and no one ever answered. I called right before Christmas and got a message they were on holiday until 1/3. On 1/3 I called and got "this number is not available in your area." for both numbers. I sent a letter requesting a RAN on 1/3 & 2/4. No response. Their web site www.homeprofessions.com won't come up anymore. The last time I got it up, they were advertising a different software.
