Hone Loan Center, Lending Tree Loans Homeloancenter.com ripoff, pulled a bait and switch. quotes one price over phone, paperwork comes in with another Irvine California

This company quotes you a payment price for a refinancing of a mortgage, then tells you they need your credit card to lock in a rate. once you get the paperwork in there is a different payment amount. when you call, you get a story as to why and yet again another payment price.
when you question them as to why they quoted you one thing, they dispute it saying your wrong. when you request your money back for the lock in rate, they tell you they did their part, and refuse to send it back.

This is the old bait and switch game, where they get to keep the 600.00 lock in fee, which they say will be deducted at closing.

i would not recommend this to anyone looking to finance or refinance their homes.
