HouseValues - JustListed ripoff, bogus leads, no phone numbers, overcharged, rude, arrogant Kirkland Washington

I got hustled by HouseValues. They sign you to a 1 year contract, completely overpromise and under deliver. The leads don't even have phone numbers in most cases. 3 seller leads cost $450 a month. The seller is impossible to reach as the HouseValues email system is filtered by most email providers.

When I called to cancel, the woman there was rude and condescending and wanted to tell me what was wrong with all Realtors. She said everyone knows Realtors are pushy and that's why internet leads don't have phone numbers.

Can somneone please tell me what they are selling at HouseValues? They want to hold me to a contract and charge me for more bad leads. They do not listen to reason and refer you to thier legal department.

My manager warned me about HouseValues as he has a collection on his credit report due to HouseValues. Buyer beware. After reading some of the reports here, I can't believe I was sucked into this scam. It is so obvious how they are making there money.
