HRS-USA CHEATING, LYING, OBNOXIOUS COMPANY mistreated and ripped off Industry City CA

This company has no customer service skills. By law they are required to drop the interest rate to 6% for active military. I tried for 2 1/2 months to get the interest rate dropped. I faxed and mailed 4 times the orders from the US Government Dept of Defense. I still don't know if they have complied with the law.

They never respond when you write to their Wood Dale, IL correspondece department. I did not receive a statment for March, when I called to see why, I was transfered to their collection department. I have an excellent payment history with them.

The collection person was rude, condensending and obnoxious. He tried to intimidate me and refused to send me or fax me a statement.

I ended up hanging up on him. We need to band together, find an attorney, and file a class action lawsuit against this company.
